In-Home Care Plan Assessment
A comprehensive assessment of the individual’s needs, preferences, and home environment to develop a personalized care plan that meets their specific requirements.
2nd Household Member Care Plan Assessment
An additional assessment for a second household member to ensure their individual needs and preferences are also considered when developing the care plan.
In-Home Aide
Trained caregivers assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship to support the individual’s independence at home. (Shift minimum hours: 2, Minimum hours per week: 2)
Live In-Home Aide
Continuous, around-the-clock support is provided by a dedicated caregiver who lives in the individual’s home, offering assistance with activities of daily living and ensuring their safety and well-being. (Shift minimum hours: 4, Minimum hours per week: 4)
Companion Care
Companionship and emotional support are provided by caregivers to alleviate loneliness, engage in meaningful activities, and promote overall well-being for the individual. (Shift minimum hours: 2, Minimum hours per week: 2)
Respite Care
Temporary care services are provided to relieve family caregivers, allowing them to take a break, attend to their own needs, or handle other responsibilities while ensuring the individual’s safety and comfort. (Shift minimum hours: 2, Minimum hours per week: 2)
Overnight Care
Caregivers provide support, assistance, and supervision during the nighttime hours, ensuring the individual’s well-being, comfort, and security while they sleep. (Shift minimum hours: 2, Minimum hours per week: 2)
On-Demand Aide
Immediate, short-notice care services are available for urgent, unscheduled situations or when additional support is required on short notice of 4 hours or less.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services:
- Sedan: We provide transport to medical appointments, shopping, and social events
- Wheelchair: We provide fully equipped Ford Transit wheelchair vans.
- Stretcher: We provide BLS-certified client transport technicians.

Terms: Balance is due in full at the end of service unless alternate payment terms have been agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards, Direct Deposit, checks, and cash as payment for homecare services.
